Jon Paul Burnett was convicted of two counts of lewd or lascivious conduct *fn1 and over one hundred counts of possession of child pornography. *fn2 The child pornography charges stemmed from law enforcement's seizure of his computer and numerous diskettes in his bedroom. We affirm his convictions for lewd or lascivious conduct, but because the affidavit in support of the search warrant was fatally defective, we reverse the convictions for possession of child pornography and remand for resentencing.
